REMOTE SUPPORT - We offer fast & efficient Technical Support to our Clients using a totally secure remote connection which allows our skilled specialists to temporarily see your computer screen, and control your mouse and keyboard, in order to perform many services on your computer.
You only provide us with temporary permission to control your computer, therefore you can see everything we're doing and you can stop the remote control at anytime. When the Remote Support Session ends, we have no access to your computer unless you grant permission again.
Subscription to this service gives you PRIORITY technical support via phone & remote connection by knowledgeable, friendly people who you know & trust.

No, we're not going to do your backups - they're your responsibility - but we can set them up for you; or check that they're running correctly for you.
